Nepal-an issue resolved?
it is true that the strength of any successful act lies in the collectiveness and unity of the people engaged in that act. and proving this has been proved over the past two months in two of the biggest nationwide protests seen in the modern era. be it against the french labour law(cpe) or the anti-monarchy protests in nepal. with king Gyanendra finally announcing the re- instatement of the nepal parliament the people are satisfied with the decision but at the same time are echoing a warning note to the leaders to be-ware of them if the constituent assembly does not come into existence or if they try to shirk away the party aims. so the ques. that is popping is whether nepal’s decade long anarchy is finally coming to a close or not? any predictions?

even if it seems like the anarchy is coming to a close, undercurrants will always flow. and i think only one spark will be required to start a raging fire again. peace is almost non-existant nowdays ain’t it? it’s all about power and majority. but then again, there’s more army dan terrorists in j&k. peace any1?

I don’t think the Nepal conflict is over. Now they’ve declared it a secular state. VHP & RSS say some “christian” hand is involved. Are they insane???
Now the protests have again resumed. Some people want the Hindu Kingdom tag back.
Niharika is right… peace doesn’t exist anymore.
